Police make prostitution arrests at Ripon truck stop
RIPON, CA - Ripon police took two people into custody and cited a teenager on suspicion of prostitution at a local truck stop early Tuesday morning.
The arrests were at the Flying J Truck Plaza at 1501 N. Jackstone Road.
Arrested on booking charges of prostitution, conspiracy and contributing to the delinquency of a minor was Damaris Quezada, 22, of Ceres. She admitted to officers she had placed an ad on the Internet to be contacted for a "good time" and had engaged in a sex act with a truck driver at the lot, said 1st Sgt. Steve Merchant.
Quezada was accompanied by Andres Felipe Izquierdo, 28, of Turlock and a 17-year-old boy from Ripon. Merchant said the two admitted to driving Quezada to the rendezvous with the trucker. In their Nissan Sentra officers reported recovering a printer and copies of $20 bills
