Police looking for Manteca Game Stop robber | Crime

MANTECA, CA - A Game Stop in Manteca was held up by an armed robber Monday morning, police say.

The individual entered the store at 1349 Historical Plaza and displaying a black handgun, demanded money from the employee at the cash register, said Officer Jason Hensley.

Police found a security camera captured the man driving a dark-colored Volkswagen Jetta, early 1990s model year, about 15 minutes before the 11:43 a.m. robbery.

No one was hurt.

Witnesses described the robber as a light-complexioned black man, about 25 to 30 years old and weighing 200 pounds. He wore a black, Adidas-type zippered sweatshirt with yellow stripes on the sleeves. On his head there was a gray beanie.
