3 wanted in Lathrop bank robbery | Crime
LATHROP, CA - Police search for three men suspected of robbing a bank Wednesday morning.
The suspects entered the Chase Bank on the 15300 block of Harlan Road and jumped over the bank counter, San Joaquin County sheriff's Deputy Les Garcia said.
While an employee put money into a satchel provided by the suspects, the employee was pushed away from the money drawer by a suspect and he continues to fill the bag with cash.
Witnesses told deputies the suspects did not make any threats nor did they see a weapon.
All three suspects fled the scene on foot. They were seen running across the shopping center parking lot and into a residential area.
The suspects were described as:
- Black man in his late 20s to early 30s, 5'9" to 6'2", he was last seen wearing a black hoodie, a dark colored ball cap with white letters on the front and gray sweatpants.
- Black man in his late 20s to early 30s, 5'7" to 5'10', he was last seen wearing sunglasses, dark fisherman style floppy hat, "Ed Hardy" in white letters on a brown long sleeve shirt, tan shorts and an over the shoulder style black satchel bag.
- Light complexion black of Hispanic man, late 20s, he was last seen wearing a gray hoodie with light color pants, a dark bandanna or a shirt pulled over his face. He stayed at the door during the robbery.
