Computers, laptops, and tablets can be pricey, especially in a tough economy.  But a popular trend of buying refurbished devices stands to allow those on a budget to get the technology they love for a fraction of the price.

“In the last several years we have seen a growing market for refurbished computers, so we started getting more into that aspect of the business,” said John Heida, owner of Heida Computers. “The laptops sell almost immediately when we have them ready.
